How to Claim Your Guarantee

If you have purchased the Lifetime Guarantee Plan and believe your water filter qualifies for coverage, follow these simple steps:

1️⃣ Contact Us – Reach out to our customer service team at hello@happybathldn.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
2️⃣ Provide Proof – Submit clear photos or videos showing the defect.
3️⃣ Approval & Resolution – Once we review your claim, we will either repair, replace, or offer store credit for your filter. If the exact model is no longer available, we may provide a replacement of equal value or offer store credit.

Additional Terms

The guarantee is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.

The Lifetime Guarantee applies only to purchases made through our official website or authorized retailers.

Filter cartridges are consumable parts and require regular replacement for the filter to function effectively. These are not covered under the guarantee.

If a replacement is approved, shipping costs may apply. We aim to keep this as minimal as possible and will provide full details at the time of your claim.

Proof of purchase for the Lifetime Guarantee Plan is required for all claims.
